1. Platform and materials
DentIA's code, design, documentation, graphic elements, logos and own materials belong to NexusCenter IA or to their respective owners or licensors. Applicable rights are reserved under the law. Access to the tool does not transfer intellectual property.
Third-party components, libraries, models and resources retain their own licences and notices. This policy does not attribute to Nexus exclusive rights in third-party content, general ideas, dental techniques or elements that cannot be protected.
2. What the licence allows
You may use the subscribed features to run your practice, create documents for its work and use outputs for their intended purposes and in accordance with patients' rights. You may legitimately export your practice's data using available features or a verified request to Nexus, including when a plan ends or you do not accept a new version. Export does not transfer the code or permit copying the platform.
Reproducing, redistributing, reselling, sublicensing or exploiting DentIA materials outside that scope requires written permission, unless a legal exception or applicable licence allows it. Do not remove authorship notices or present the materials as your own creation.
3. Name and identity
The DentIA name, visual identity and NexusCenter IA credit identify the service. Their use must not imply sponsorship, representation or a commercial relationship that does not exist. Request permission for campaigns, commercial integrations or use of logos.
This page reserves rights and sets conditions of use; it does not claim that any trade mark, patent or design has been registered. Registration and formal permissions, where applicable, are separate processes.
4. Practice and patient information
These terms do not give Nexus ownership of records, images, prescriptions, files or content supplied by a practice or its patients. Each rights holder keeps the rights they have. The practice must have authority to provide and use this information.
Technical permission to host, process and display information is limited to providing the requested features, following valid instructions and meeting applicable duties. It is not a general licence to sell or publish the information or train models on it.
5. Legal exceptions and security
Applicable legal exceptions and rights relating to interoperability, accessibility and security research remain available. Authorised testing must stay within the agreed scope and must not affect other users or extract or disclose personal information.
If you find a vulnerability, send a description and minimal steps to nexus@getnexusia.com; do not include secrets or patient records. Do not access other accounts' data to demonstrate the issue.
6. Permissions and claims
To request an additional licence or report unauthorised use, write to nexus@getnexusia.com. Identify the work or material, your connection to its rights, where the disputed use occurs and how to contact you. Do not send unnecessary personal documents.
Nexus will check the scope before addressing requests or claims. Applicable legal rights and remedies remain available; these policies cannot offer absolute protection or replace ownership agreements, third-party licences or required formalities.
7. Third-party components
DentIA uses React, Next.js and Supabase libraries under their MIT licences, and the viewer retains the Three.js MIT notice. Their authors retain the rights and exceptions in those licences; these terms do not restrict them. This list identifies major components and does not certify ownership of all graphics or models.
The origin and permissions for the 3D dental model and graphic assets must be established separately. This page does not claim that Nexus created them or holds an exclusive licence to them. For enquiries about a particular resource or its attribution, write to nexus@getnexusia.com.
